No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers, no external fonts. Your language choice and everything you enter in the calculator are stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and are never sent to us. You can delete them at any time with the button below or by clearing the site data in your browser.
Contact form
The form on this website transmits and stores nothing: it only prepares an e-mail in your own e-mail app. If you send that e-mail to office@cbampartner.eu, we process your name, company, e-mail, phone and message only to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and keep them for TODO months.
Client work
Import data and supplier data received for a CBAM assignment are processed under a written contract and a data processing agreement, on servers in the EU (TODO: provider).
Recipients
TODO: hosting and e-mail providers. No sale of data, no transfers outside the EU without appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro) or the authority in your country.
